training winding down
I know it's been a while since I last posted. It seems as if my days have become shorter and free time is harder to come by.
Well, only a few more days till the Lifetime Fitness Triathlon and I think I'm ready. I did my second to last swim yesterday at Golds. Swam 80 laps in 37 minutes, which puts my estimated tri swim time at 27:45 for the 1.5k. Today I have a mini brick, where I'm going to swim 40 laps and then bike 20 miles. After today my training will be complete. All I have to do now is get myself ready; meaning go buy some energy gel to consume during the run.
